Raising Kids
Raising kids is one of life's greatest joys, and also greatest challenges. There is so much joy and enthusiasm, but also many obstacles. King David is known for a lot of great things, but he wasn't the greatest parent. But we can learn from his example of what not to do and live in a way that not only encourages our kids, but helps them grow and thrive.

Marriage
Dating leads to engagement, and engagement leads to marriage. The wedding
is beautiful and the honeymoon is fantastic. Then reality sets in. Marriage is more than a single day. Marriage takes work and effort in both directions. Marriage isn't easy, but as we'll see today when we shape our marriages in a way that honors Christ and our spouse, we'll show the culture a different way to be married.

Dating
We’re diving right into the dating game! There are so many different perspectives on who you should date, and what you should look for in a potential date. But as we open God’s word, we’ll find that there are more important things to look for besides hair color or favorite food. God wants us to focus on our relationship with him before we begin looking to other relationships. We’ll find through Scripture that when we are in a healthy place with the Lord, we will then be able to craft lasting and healthy relationships.

The Most Important Building Project
Have you ever built something without using the instructions? Sometimes it turns out just like the picture. On rare occasions what we build is even better without the instructions. But if we're honest, most of the time things take twice as long and end up with a few leftover screws that were supposed to be used and a couple pieces out of place.
Each one of us spends every moment of every day building our lives. Each choice we make, every moment we spend, every step of each day leads toward the life we're building. As we step into 2024, we're taking a look at a major construction project with long lasting implications. Much like this story, how we choose to build our lives has even greater implications. Join us as we look at the instructions and build the most important project, our lives.

Frosty the Snowman
We close the series with the story of Frosty the Snowman, who began his life as a perfectly ordinary snowman. With the help of a magic hat, Frosty comes to life and brings joy and cheer to a group of children, until the weather warms. As Frosty leaves he says "Don't you cry, I'll be back again some day!" When we look at Frosty's story, we'll not only find a connection with the story of Jesus, but also the hope and promise he gave to the disciples before he returned to heaven.

Christmas Eve we remember and celebrate that hope is found in this truth: God loves us so much, he sent Jesus to be among us, as one of us. Jesus came to bring hope. Hope is something we keep with us each day. Hope brings life, light, joy and peace – because it comes from Jesus. This is why we celebrate on Christmas Eve because hope is here!

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
In our culture so many people are viewed and judged based on their strengths. Those with weaknesses, injuries, or disabilities are often viewed as second class. Today we're looking at the story of the reindeer, with a shiny nose, who was mistreated and excluded by his friends. But when Santa needed him, Rudolph stepped up and saved Christmas. God uses our weaknesses in the same way, and as we look at the story of Rudolph, we'll see that God is calling and wants to work through each of us.

SANTA CLAUS
Take a look with us at one of the most iconic figures of Christmas – Santa Claus. Santa’s making a list, checking it twice, and is based on a real person – St. Nicholas – who was ever so nice. St. Nicholas' life was like the life of John the Baptist - to prepare the way for Jesus. John the Baptist and St. Nicholas did that so well that we are reminded that Christmas is all about the joy which comes from Jesus' birth.

CLARKS GRISWOLD
When it comes to Christmas, there is an iconic cast of characters that quickly come to mind. Each one plays an important role in the Christmas season, as they embark on a journey to find, well, whatever it is they're looking for.
This week we begin with the story of a family Christmas gone completely off the rails. What Clark Griswold discovers is that the true meaning of Christmas isn't found in the biggest Christmas tree, a million lights, or even chasing a squirrel through your home. As we look at the Griswold family Christmas, we'll discover the real meaning of Christmas is not found in the routines. The real meaning of Christmas becomes clear when we embrace the miracle of Jesus.
